    Shipping Rules and Regulations
    • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the US.
    • The shipping cost shown for an individual item reflects what you can expect to pay if the item ships alone. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart. Your actual shipping and handling cost will automatically compute on the Shipping Options page of checkout.
    • will ship all orders at the best possible means to arrive at your location. We may modify your selected shipping method to an alternative method (from UPS to USPS or USPS to UPS).
    • Please allow for additional shipping and handling time for all oversized items shipping via a freight trucking company. These items cannot be expedited.
    • All payments are approved at time of order submission. Payments are captured at time of order submission to the factory that ships the item. Any change in the total will be prior to finalization of billing.
    • Any Free Shipping offers are for a limited time only. reserves the right to discontinue or change these offers at any time.
    • If you selected Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express, the shipment is sent out upon credit card approval.   If a money order, cashier's check or personal check is the payment type, then we wait for payment to arrive and clear before shipping.
    • HelmetNation, LLC is not responsible for any delays related to USPS or UPS processes or delivery once the package is dropped off with any package carrier service and no refunds are given from HelmetNation, LLC. It may be possible to recover some costs by filing a complaint with the package carrier. 
    • If any free-shipped item is returned, we will credit the full amount minus the shipping and handling.
    •  You are responsible for any and all international shipping costs, which will be finalized before the order is processed. reserves the right to decline the order based on international locations if costs or customs regulations are too strict.
    • If address correction is needed by UPS (customer typo or change of address en-route on 'ship to address') will charge customer's credit card to cover UPS fees ($13.00 for ground and $15.00 for 3-day, 2-day and next day)

    • sends tracking numbers upon shipment of items, your tracking number will be in your personal account and emailed to your submitted email address.  
    • The restocking fee for direct-shipped standard item(s) is 15% of the item total. Any direct-shipped order that exceeds a return value of $1000 can have a restocking fee up to 50%.
