    We want you to be totally satisfied with any purchase you make from our store. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return the item for a refund of the item's purchase price minus the shipping, handling, or other charges. Please see below for the particular time frame for returning specific items. All merchandise must be returned with tags, labels and receipts intact, and in original condition.

    If you wish to return items you can email customer, or call us at 801-518-5328 to request a return authorization number. Please make sure you obtain a return authorization number prior to sending an order back for refund or exchange. We can only accept returned packages that have an RA# written clearly on the outside of the package. Upon receiving the returned merchandise (and appropriate tags, receipts), will credit the account originally charged within 10 business days from receipt of the return. Please call or email us for more information or special customer service issues.

    30-Day Money Back Guarantee
    The 30-day return policy applies once the items are received. If a shipped item is returned to without a RA number then a return will NOT be accepted. Custom orders must be cancelled within 24 hours. After 24 hours, the costs for materials will have been committed and custom orders cannot be cancelled.
    Restocking Fees
    Depending on the item, the restocking fee is 25%-35% (a $2.00 minimum) of the item(s) total determined by the manufacture.

    Freight on Returns

    Freight Paid at Time of Purchase.
    You may return item(s) to for a refund of the product purchase price minus restocking fee for returned item(s). Please see above for the particular time frame for returning specific items.

    Freight NOT Paid at Time of Purchase.
    Item(s) shipped for free will be assessed shipping and handling upon return. If any item(s) was shipped for free, the credit will be the item(s) initial billing cost minus the actual shipping and handling, as well as, a restocking fee for returned item(s). Please see above for the particular time frame for returning specific items.

    Freight on Refused Shipments.
    Any item that is refused at delivery will be accessed the original shipping cost plus return freight that is billed by UPS or USPS. In addition to 3% of the item(s) total price added to the standard restocking fee.

    Processing Refund

    As soon as your refund has been processed will immediately send you an email notification regarding your credit. Please allow 14 business days after we receive the returned item(s). We will do our best to quickly process your refund request.

    Non-Returnable Items

    All sales are final for customized products.  Items listed below but not limited to this list cannot be returned.  If an error occurred in your order, process or packaging, please contact a Customer Service Specialist at 801-518-5328.
