Inspired by those used by the military for decades, and are meant to honor the memory and selfless sacrifices of service members past and present.
These LIMITED EDITION 2022 Salute to Service Alternate Series 1 Helmets feature a dark satin olive green color shell with all black internal parts. Their decals are a distressed, off-white single-color depiction of team logos with a Chevron top stripe pattern, a stencil city name on the front bumper, stencil SALUTE TO SERVICE on the back bumper, United States of America Flag, and official Salute to Service Ribbon. The Las Vegas Raiders were not offered as a part of the set originally and NFL Shield and HOF helmets are not included in this set. These concept helmets are for collectible use only, they were not worn on-field.

- Plastic Speed style shell with extended mandible (jaw area) protection, raised center, 6- air vents (3 on each side), 2- earholes (1 on each side), and dark satin olive green color shell
- 4- plastic clips and 4- metal black screws (2 on each side) attached-on a plastic Z2BD style Cage with matte finish
- Rubber vinyl front (forehead) bumper
